From 2002 through 2006, Hudson & Keyse boasted a 1,727 percent increase in sales growth and just over 11,000 percent growth in employment. Hudson & Keyse, a debt purchasing company, attributes its strong growth to one crucial part of its success, the employees. At the recent Weatherhead 100 Awards ceremony last December, Hudson & Keyse was represented by 10 of its employees, who had the opportunity to meet and visit with other members of the fastest-growing Northeast Ohio businesses. For this very reason, we would like to share this shot with your readers. The photo used in the December issue ofInside Business doesn’t illustrate the importance Hudson & Keyse places on its employees because it is this type of philosophy that has made the growth and success of our company possible, and only with such a solid and committed employee base are the awards and recognition attainable.
