Gregory L. Stefani as first vice president and chief operating officer. Stefani began his career with the Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland in 1983 and has held various roles in supervising banks and bank holding companies.

Kris Dorsey to vice president and senior art director and
Ann Lentz to vice president and director of production services. Dorsey, a Cleveland Institute of Art graduate, has worked more than 25 years with Dix & Eaton. Lentz, a graduate of Kent State University, joined Dix & Eaton in 1998.
